Bergamot- A fresh citrus aroma that uplifts and calms, helping reduce feelings of anxiety, negativity and emotional worry. The aroma properties of bergamot have shown to reduce cortisol levels within 15mins of application and lower stress, heart rate and blood pressure.

Jasmine Absolute- assist with the release of emotional blockages and tension. Jasmine contains compounds that have a direct impact on the central nervous system promoting the release of physical, emotional and mental stress.

Lavender- Known for its exceptional qualities that can interact with GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter that helps with stress and anxiety. Lavender helps relax the mind and release body tension that might be contributing to over-all stress. 

Chamomile- contains esters that assist in the lowering of cortisol levels that result in stress. It has the ability to bind certain brain receptors that promote relaxation and reduce anxiousness. A calm and herbaceous sweet herb, Chamomile provides an effective approach to relaxation during the day and nights.

Use- Add a few drops into oil diffuser or oil burner. This oil can also be added to a carrier oil for a massage or lotion and applied to the skin. Add a few drops into warm bath water or a warm foot soak to help reduce inflammation and stress.
