Chaste- berry infusion 

 An infusion of chaste-berry in natural hemp-seed oil to extract the whole plant properties. The essential oil of Vitex, or else Chaste berry, does not contain the extracted compounds required for its hormonal properties, i.e. progesterone balancing, respectfully, so My Earth has extracted this exceptional plant whole > via the traditional method of whole fruit infused and extracted in Organic Hemp seed oil. 

 Chaste berry, is shown to be excellent in reducing PMS symptoms, it does not increase estrogen, but helps regulate the production of Luteinizing hormone via the mechanism of the pituitary gland and inhibits the release of follicle-stimulating hormone. It also lowers prolactin which shifts the balance between estrogen and progesterone.

The benefits of Chasteberry vary in timing depending on how it is applied into the daily health routine. In general, maximum results are seen in approx 3-6 months, but the benefits work within 4 weeks with reduction of several hormonal symptoms (moods, breast tenderness and the facilitation of menstrual regulation). Chaste-berry is dose dependent, normal application will contribute to the balance of progesterone and estrogen, where-as high does may suppress all hormonal secretion. 

Application- An infused oil of Chaste berry can be taken internally 1-2 teaspoons daily, or applied to the abdomen, lower back and upper chest area, daily.  It can also been added in other natural remedies. The results will vary from each person, but generally results can be noticed within 4 weeks with full results up to three months-six months.
