Australian Lavender- Helps relax the body and mind and provides a calming aroma in the atmosphere. Lavender reduces cortisol levels, that are responsible for the stress responses occurring within the brain and body. It helps calm the nervous system and promotes relaxation

Juniper-berry- helps clear mental fatigue and cognitive stress that impacts the self-awareness when stressed or worried. Juniper berry is also known to help reduce the impacts associated with stressful events including suppression and stress-related sleep disorders. It is also great for clearing negativity within the home.

Petitgrain- provides emotional balance for exhaustion and over-excitement. It helps the brain "calm down" and get some sleep. It can also reduce the body's stress response that reduces anxiety and nervous tension

Rose-geranium- good for reducing irritated mood and reducing stress responses. Rose-geranium has an herbaceous and rosy aroma that harmonizes the emotions, mind and balances hormones, hence, promoting stability 

Use- Add a few drops into oil diffuser or oil burner. This oil can also be added to a carrier oil for a massage or lotion and applied to the skin. A few drops into warm bath water or a warm foot soak to help reduce inflammation and stress.
